Prior to founding Forest Wolf, Crystal was the Founding Director of the National University of Singapore's Centre for Future-ready Graduates, responsible for spearheading large scale career advisory and future-ready skills initiatives,

Chief Psychologist, Co-Founder
Dr. Gregor Lim-Lange is an expert in psychology and human capital, and the Co-Founder of Forest Wolf, a global leadership consultancy.
One of Asia’s leading pioneers of mindfulness in academia, Dr. Lim-Lange combines his academic expertise with first-hand experience of implementing and overseeing large scale change programmes.
He created the Mindful Psychology module and the Roots & Wings future-readiness programme at the National University of Singapore, training more than 16,000 staff and students and crafted the INSEAD Mindfulness Programme for staff and students.
Greg is also one of Spotify's three global Mental Health Ambassadors and is passionate about wellbeing and mental health in the workplace.

Volker Krohn (MAPsych) is an accomplished psychotherapist and facilitator, and is also the Director of the Hoffman Centre Singapore / Australia.
Volker’s extensive professional background includes Family Therapy, Self-Psychology and organisational development. He also speaks and writes widely on emotional healing and re-education through the exploration of early childhood conditioning.

Craig's extensive professional background includes psychology and organisational development. He has a deep understanding of human behavior and excels at building aligned, inclusive and high functioning teams.
Craig has taught relationship communication seminars for 20 years and coached leaders across diverse industries. He delivers programs for YPO (Young Presidents Organisation) working with CEOs and founders to further their personal and team development. Personal growth has been Craig’s active passion for the past 28 years and he feels inspired to be able to help people and teams grow, develop safety and resilience and ultimately maximise their potential.
Adrian Williams Brett has been training in the field of personal growth, counselling, leadership, speech and drama and communication for the past 35 years.
Adrian has worked in the UK, Europe, Australia, China, S. Africa, North America and Canada, with people in a diverse range of corporate, artistic, educational, social and health-care contexts.
He has a Diploma of Counselling, Diploma in Speech and Drama and is a accredited voice trainer
